Return & Refund Policy – ANODAFASHION

At AnodaFashion, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy return process.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused items with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

To qualify for a return:

• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (the first day starts when tracking shows delivered).

• Items must be shipped back within 7 days after return approval.

• Products must be in original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

If your order arrives in multiple packages, the return window will begin from the delivery date of the final package.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following categories are not eligible for return or refund:

• Bodysuits

• Lingerie / Intimates

• Swimwear

• Jewelry & Accessories
  

• Clearance / Final Sale items

• Open pack or wholesale orders (if applicable)

Restocking Fee

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be:

• Subject to a 20% restocking fee, or

• Declined and sent back to the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We will cover return shipping only if:

  • You received a damaged item, or

  • We sent the wrong product.
